The road crosses the boroughs, municipalities and neighbourhoods of Senneville, Pierrefonds, Sainte-Geneviève, Roxboro, Saraguay, Cartierville, Ahuntsic, Riviere-des-Prairies, Montréal-Nord and Pointe-aux-Trembles.
